Who is responsible for your data

Jothiflow. To reach us about your data: contact.

What we collect

Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and to run the anti-robot check. We do not store it in our contact list.

Why, and on what legal basis

To send you emails from Jothiflow. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what was done before.

Who processes it

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

We do not sell your data and use no advertising or analytics trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice, so it can be remembered. It is never sent to us.

Service messages

If you use a Jothiflow application, we process your email address and the delivery status of the messages we send you (sent, delivered, bounced, reported as spam) to deliver them and to protect the reliability of our sending. The legal basis is the performance of the service (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in secure, reliable delivery (art. 6(1)(f)). We send these messages through our own mail server and, if it is unavailable, through backup providers: Resend, Amazon Web Services (SES) and Brevo (Brevo only for messages that are not essential to your account). See how we send email.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email that is not essential to your account contains an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its use, by writing to contact. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
